Paul Shambroom's new body of work titled Security examines issues of fear, safety and liberty in post 9/11 America. It brings together elements of democratic processes and restricted access from his previous series Nuclear Weapons and Meetings (shown here in 2002.)
Over the last two years he has photographed official training facilities, equipment and personnel involved in the massive government and private sector efforts to prepare for and respond to terrorist attacks within the nation's borders.
