The Hanover Area Heritage Association made a promise in front of 300 people to help pay the borough's legal expenses in maintaining a depiction of the Ten Commandments at Wirt Park (a tax-funded public area). In June and July, council forwarded its legal bills to the Association with a request for payment. And of course the Ten Commandments don't apply to their strongest advocates: no restrictions on lying or stealing there! The Association is refusing to pay. As time passes, more and more people who sleep with these dogs will wake up with their fleas. I'll be over here, making fun.
