When will the first "Severe" (ie, red-level) Threat Advisory be issued?
Though I wanted to start a pool (a la Poindexter's DARPA, but it was too creepy), I decided to create a simple poll instead.
The question is simply:
When will the Department of Homeland Security issue its first "Severe" [ie, red level] Threat Advisory?
Just curious what other people's guesses are.
